Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Omaha, NE)

Nova Quill Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
