Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
