Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
