Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Rowan Foods Group is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications.
