Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Cross Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes.
