Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around New Orleans, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 389 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
