Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Beacon Water Authority Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts.
