Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
