Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Memphis, TN)

Nova Fern Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
