Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Clear Farms Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
