Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Memphis, TN)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts.
