Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Las Vegas with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
