Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
