Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output.
