Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
