Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Water Authority and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
