Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Manufacturing and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
