Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Foods and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
