Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Analytics and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
