Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
