Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Denver, CO)

Redstone Pike Auto Group is a Denver company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
