Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Construction Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
