Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
