Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
