Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Bright Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Cleveland and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
