Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
