Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Hollow Energy Group is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
