Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charleston region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
