Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boston region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
