Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
