Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Boise, ID)

Cedar Iron Auto Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
