Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Boise, ID)

Lumen Stone Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Boise, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
