Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Ashton Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
