Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Bridge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Atlanta region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
