Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Ember Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with pipe repairs.
