Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright North Construction and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
