Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group is a Tulsa company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
