Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
