Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Hollow Energy Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
