Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
