Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
