Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Toledo region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
