Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
