Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
