Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Field Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Spokane, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
