Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
