Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Bridge Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders.
