Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
