Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Oak Foods is a Seattle food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
