Senior Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rowan Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
